Hastelloy C-2000 Studs
Hastelloy C-2000 studs is a metal rod or bar with threads on both sides. It also known as double-headed screws or studs, used to connect two parts together. General for mining machinery, bridges, cars, motorcycles, boiler steel structure, hanging tower, large span steel structure and large buildings.

We tend to use studs when the parts need to remove frequently, because the thread will be worn if install and remove often, then we need to change the studs.
Hastelloy C-2000 corrosion resistance
Hastelloy C-2000 The alloy is designed to withstand more corrosive chemicals, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid. Unlike previously optimized NI-CR-MO alloys that are resistant to oxidative or reductive acids alone, the C-2000 alloy has both corrosion resistance to both environments. The combined effect of molybdenum and copper (at 16% and 1.6%, respectively) gives the alloy an excellent resistance to reducing media corrosion, while high chromium content (23% WT) ensures resistance to oxidative media corrosion.
Applications:
Hastelloy C-2000 offers great potential for increased production. When used in the original NI-CR-MO alloy, its enhanced corrosion resistance, in the same material thickness to obtain longer equipment life, but also in more severe conditions to get a higher safety factor. Improvements in corrosion resistance in all aspects make the equipment available for multiple applications (reactors, heat exchangers, valves, pumps, etc.), resulting in greater return on investment. For example, a reactor can be adapted to hydrochloric acid mixture, and then converted into a nitric acid-based mixture of another situation, it is the best able to adapt to a variety of processes of nickel-based alloy material.
